Austrian Village Apartment Details
The apartment entrance hall has plenty of coat hanging space and shoe/boot storage. In addition, we provide umbrellas for guests use. You will also find an extensive amount of information about the village, and the surrounding areas in booklets and brochures.
The very spacious lounge, with balcony access, has two leather sofas, a dining table with four leather chairs. It is equipped with 40" wide screen TV, showing Austrian/German Digital Cable channels (includes some English, French, Russian and other language channels and sport channels). We also have an additional streaming facility for more English language TV shows and movies, including Netflix, (since Brexit we are currently unable to access UK TV channels, BBC, ITV, Etc.).
A DVD Player is also available (plays all regions) with a selection of DVDs located in the TV cabinet, & a portable radio/cassette/CD player. As we do not know your specific taste in movies or music, we do recommend that you bring your (or your child's) favourite music CD's and movie DVD's. NB the DVD player does not play Blu-ray.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for a family, including a full size 4-ring electric hob and oven, micro-wave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and a store/pantry. There’s a kettle, toaster, a full range of crockery and glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils, including hand blender. We also provide an iron, ironing board, clothes airier, washing basket and a vacuum. Also included are dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, tea towels, dish cloths as well as a number of other products.
The apartment features a large double bedroom with king-size bed, a second 'single' bedroom, each with Egyptian cotton linen bedding, both with spacious wardrobes, drawers, storage and access to the balcony. The master bedroom also has a media friendly TV-monitor with streaming facility and built in DVD player. In the single room, there is a large selection of games, jigsaws and books (in German and English).
The bathroom has a large vanity sink unit with 2 large drawers, a large mirror with overhead lights, a storage unit and a wall mounted hair dryer. With shower over the large bath. There is a separate WC with sink. Towels and toilet rolls are provided, along with complementary guest soap.
We also have available, if required, a full size travel cot with bedding, (Gracco cot max weight 14kg) a 'Fisher Price' highchair (height adjustable, with tray) a 'Mamas and Papas' folding pushchair with rain-cover and a changing mat for our very young guests.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Within the building there is a communal utility room located on the first floor, with Miele washing machine and drier (washing machine and dryer are both coin operated - pay to use). Please note these machines are outside of our control and we have no liability for their operation or defects resulting from their use.
As we consider the health and possible allergies of our guests to be important, we do not allow smoking or pets within the apartment.
